Winter Clothing

In February the temperature is very cold, the average being -12o C (10o F) but it can go as low as -25o C (-13o F) during the night. Winter clothes made specifically for Canadian weather are strongly recommended. Children's winter clothes are also availaible on request.

Extension: Skiing at Mont Sainte Anne

The mountain has 3 exposures:
- The South Side, facing the St. Lawrence River where all base facilities are located;
- The North Side, or the back side, with a high-speed quad, a t-bar lift and a small lodge;
- And the West Side served by a t-bar.
- Part luck and part ingenuity, Mont-Sainte-Anne Resort has a trail layout that increases in
   difficulty as you move east to west, where an expert playground awaits thrill seekers.
   Black and double-black trails count for more than 30% of the network, so the most advanced
   skiers and riders don't get bored, while intermediate and novice skiers are also well served.
- In all, Mont-Sainte-Anne has 10 F.I.S. [International Ski Federation] approved race trails.

HIGHEST VERTICAL DROP FOR NIGHT SKIING
Ski or board the highest vertical drop at night in Canada, with 17 lighted trails. You will discover a whole new décor and a very special feeling, from the summit of this large mountain.
