For our scientific meeting, we will be staying at the Hotel Metropole which offers three choices of rooms.

The room prices below include:
- Four (4) nights at Hotel Metropole, November 1 - 5, 2026
- IIIC Scientific Meeting registration for one (1) person
- Breakfast
- Lunches at the meeting venue
- Group dinners on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday

Accompanying persons staying with you in a booked room must pay an additional fee of 900 EUR to cover cost for breakfast, lunches and group dinners.

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation before January 1, 2026: 100% refund
- Cancellation between January 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026: 50% refund
- Cancellations after July 1, 2026: no refund

The originally chartered vessel, Elite of the Seas, is fully booked.
However, an additional option has become available.
Elite of the Seas' sister ship Stellar of the Seas still has availability for the same dates and follows the same itinerary.
IIIC members Chandra Bala and John Hovanesian have already confirmed bookings on this vessel and invite you to consider this option.

Please note that Stellar of the Seas is open to the general public, and bookings are managed directly with the cruise operator.
The Junior Suite rate is USD $1,152, with a 50% deposit required at the time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before departure.
